Parents Support One Another @ MyOutOfControlTeen.com/support = I need help with the following issue: 18 year old son partying every day, hates school, breaks rules, barely going to graduate, smoking drinking... he used to be an A student, tennis, baseball... Depression???

Why don't you try talking to a youth councilor?!
talk with him and if that dosen't work...SEND HIS *** TO BOOT CAMP, hey, it always works on those talk shows like dr.phil maury, montel etc.
JMHO, but throw him out of the home. He is 18 yr old and needs to grow up. You have done your job and it is time he found somewhere else to live if he wishes to do these things.
