She will not even talk to me...
Parents Support One Another @ MyOutOfControlTeen.com/support = I need help with the following issue: my child is at her father's house and now she will not even talk to me. she refuses to answer the phone ...her father is of no help he is enabling this kind of behavior. I have custody of her but I can not get any help to get her back ...I feel like i'm up against a wall. what do i do now?

If you have custody of her, then call the cops and have them go get her and bring her home.
Sounds like your ex is a real butthead.. sorry he's no help.
I'd let her stay there at her father's for a while. Soon her father will have the same problems you had... then he'll want her to move back with you.
I agree... let her stay there. After the honeymoon period where father and daughter are all lovydovy... he'll beg you to take her back.
If she wants to live with her dad, let her do it. She'll burn that bridge soon. Then you can tell her to come home AS LONG AS SHE IS WILLING TO ABIDE BY YOUR HOUSE RULES!!
