No offense.. but myspace.com is not nearly as bad as people make it sound. I'm only 16 years old, but have had a myspace since I was 14. I consider myself a very mature person. For me, and almost everyone I know, myspace is just a convenient tool to keep in touch with friends. I have a lot of friends on myspace that I don't get to see on a daily basis and it's nice to see what's new with them. Yes, of course, there is that SMALL percentage of people that get involved with people they don't know at all and they get mixed up in bad situations. If you are a parent and don't want your child to have a myspace remember that they can always have it set to private - so only their friends can see their profile. Myspace is like anything else in this world - somebody's gonna find a problem with it...no matter what the circumstances are. And for the parent who said that they don't let their child use the internet... that's not a good idea. The internet can connect you to FAR more good things than bad things. The internet is who we are in technology today and your son/daughter will probably have a really hard time making it in the real world - and I mean this with all due respect.
